  • AS A HOTELA OWNER, YOU HAVE CONTINUOUS ACCESS TO YOUR SECOND HOME, SIMILAR TO OWNING ANY OTHER VACATION HOME. BUT, YOU ALSO ENJOY THE ADDED LUXURY OF 7-STAR AMENITIES AND SERVICES, WHICH AREN'T USUALLY OFFERED WITH SHARED OWNERSHIP PROPERTIES. ADDITIONALLY, YOU CAN USE THESE AMENITIES FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR HOTELA OWNERSHIP.

  • HOTELA HAS AN EASY-TO-USE APP FOR OWNERS TO BOOK THEIR STAYS. IT GUARANTEES FAIR ACCESS ACCORDING TO YOUR SHARE OF HOTELA OWNERSHIP, WHICH IS MORE FLEXIBLE THAN TIMESHARES WHERE IT CAN BE HARD TO GET THE DATES YOU WANT.

  • HOTELA OWNERSHIP MEANS YOU OWN PART OF A LUXURY HOTELA PROPERTY AND CAN USE IT FOR A SET NUMBER OF DAYS EACH YEAR. WHEN YOU'RE NOT USING IT, THE PROPERTY CAN BE BOOKED BY HOTEL GUESTS, EARNING YOU INCOME.

  • AS A HOTELA OWNER, YOU CAN SELL YOUR OWNERSHIP SHARE ANYTIME. YOU CONTROL THE SALE AND DECIDE HOW MUCH IT'S WORTH. HOTELA CAN ASSIST WITH SETTING THE PRICE AND WILL HELP SELL IT BY ADVERTISING TO OTHER OWNERS AND ON ITS WEBSITE, AS WELL AS ON OTHER EXTERNAL SITES. THE SALE PROCESS IS FAST AND EASY.

  • THE OWNER NEEDS TO CHOOSE SOMEONE IN ADVANCE (A "SCHEDULED SUCCESSOR") WHO WILL TAKE OVER THEIR HOTELA OWNERSHIP AND ALL RELATED RIGHTS AND DUTIES IF THEY PASS AWAY OR BECOME LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF MANAGING THEIR AFFAIRS.
