As responsible HOTELA owners, we are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all. By adhering to the following code of conduct, we contribute to the enhancement of our neighborhood and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone involved:

  • Personal Use Only
    HOTELA homes are exclusively designed for the personal use and enjoyment of owners and their personal guests. Renting out HOTELA homes is strictly prohibited.

  • Considerate Gatherings
    Large events or parties inside the residences that may disrupt the tranquility of the neighborhood are not permitted. However, HOTELA does have dedicated spaces that allow you to enjoy your private party without worrying about the neighbors.

  • Thoughtful Parking
    Owners are strongly encouraged to avoid street parking unless absolutely necessary. HOTELA provides valet parking for all HOTELA owners and guests.
    Please observe quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all residents

HOTELA will assist you in getting acquainted with your second home including the vast facilities and amenities that come with it. In addition, our concierge team can arrange anything from restaurant bookings, ski passes, golfing and much more. At HOTELA, we understand there is no place like home, except for your second home.
