Our chauffeur service includes pick-up and drop-off from the airport in a luxury vehicle. But our service extends beyond just airport transfers. The chauffeur and luxury car are at your service, anytime and anywhere during your stay at HOTELA.
Our fleet of cars is made up of a range of top-tier luxury vehicles. Depending on your accommodation, these include Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz GLE Class, Aston Martin DBX, Range Rover Sport, BMW X7, Porsche Cayenne, Maserati Levante, and Cadillac Escalade.
Absolutely! As part of your HOTELA experience, each residence comes with a complimentary luxury car for your personal use. Just remember, you only cover the cost of the petrol used.
If you are an owner of the Royal Penthouse or the Presidential Suite, you can choose between a Rolls Royce and a Bentley. All other residences and suites come with a luxury vehicle from our collection, including models from Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, Range Rover, BMW, Porsche, Maserati, and Cadillac.
The use of the luxury car is complimentary, including the insurance. The only cost you have to cover is for the petrol you use.
HOTELA offers a 24/7 valet parking service. Whether it's a car from our collection or a vehicle you brought along, our team is ready to park it for you.
Vehicles are parked off-site unless specifically requested for temporary on-site parking. We ensure the utmost care and security for your vehicle while it is parked.
We have a selection of e-bikes and mountain bikes available for our and owners. Feel free to use them to explore the breathtaking Niseko scenery at your own pace.
While our transportation services are available at your convenience, we recommend you notify our staff in advance to ensure availability and seamless service.
